Initial Contact
Call us at 919-770-7474, or send us an email to set up an initial phone meeting. Our initial conversation will be an introduction to each other. We would be happy to answer any preliminary questions that you may have, and give you a brief description of how we work.
If you are interested in having us work with you, we can set up a meeting to discuss your website goals. Additionally, we have a Website Planning Worksheet available to you to fill out and submit back either by fax or email to begin the creation of your website.

Discussion Meeting
We will spend a great deal of time listening to you and learning about your business and area of expertise. We will want to know what inspires you, your motivation and what sets you apart from others. We will discuss your target audience, what information you will want to include, and the basic goals for your website, to determine the direction of our website proposal.
If you have not yet completed the Website Planning Worksheet, we will forward it to you at this time to be completed. This planner consists of questions that will help you focus on the general feeling that you want portrayed on your site, including colors, font, photo images, layout and content.
Following this discussion, and receiving your Website Planning Worksheet, we will prepare a Website Services Proposal, outlining the details of the project, the services provided, a time line and cost of your website. Upon acceptance, we will discuss the start date and submit a website agreement to be signed and sent back. A deposit of 35% will be due at this time, prior to starting work on the website project.
Situational Analysis
If you have not yet established a Domain name for your site, we will discuss the options available, and register the name at this time along with the registration of your hosting account.
Design Layout
Once the basics such as color, font, style and navigation have been determined for your site, we will submit to you two website layout concepts for your review and selection. Upon your selection of the layout, we will fine-tune and revise based on your comments. Upon final approval of the design layout, 25% payment of the project will be required.
Content
The services provided in the proposal generally do not provide for copy-writing for your content. If you need assistance with this, please discuss this with us, and arrangements can be made to help with this very important step.
At the time we receive your content, we will review and at times provide suggestions for enhancing the content for your readers as well as for Search Engine Optimization. At this time, we will also establish the keywords, page titles and descriptions for your site which is also important for basic search engine optimization.
Production of Website
Upon approval of design and receipt of content, we will develop the site with the content and text formatted in place.
Once the pages are completed, the site will be posted on a test server for your review. It will be tested for compatibility on the major browsers: Firefox, Internet Exployer and Netscape.
A final review will be done and your verbal approval is given. At this point, final payment of the project is due.
Final Site Uploaded to Internet
Upon receipt of final payment, the site will be uploaded to your hosting account and we will submit your site to the major search engines.
Website Maintenance
We provide with all of our website's, free maintenance for 60 days after the site goes live. If there are any changes needed or improvements to the site we will take care of them during this time. We will be focused on this to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If after 60 days, you wish for us to maintain your site updates, we offer various maintenance packages available to assist with your needs.
