Virtually Focused Solutions owns the copyrights to all content, materials, logos, design elements and any other material from within the virtuallyfocused.com domain name, unless otherwise stated.  You agree not to sell, license, rent, redistribute, retransmit, modify, adapt, edit, alter or recreate any content in whole or in part, of this site.  

 

All other trade names used are the property of their respective owners and have been used on this side with permission from their respective owners. Some images on this website were obtained from open source websites.

 

Client Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the client to provide VFS with the information needed to complete their design project, including, content, pictures, images, and log in information to any current hosting accounts.

 

Payment Terms

Project Fees

All fees are due in US dollars.  Design projects require a 35% deposit prior to the start of the project, the second payment of 25% a final design approval, with the balance due at the completion of the project, prior to final launch or delivery.

Hourly Clients

For clients billed hourly, invoices will be generated at the completion of the project, and payable prior to delivery of the project.

Retainer Plans

For clients on monthly retainer plans, invoices are sent out on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month, with payment terms of 15 days. Payment for retained hours must be received by the due date in order for work to commence.

Payment Options

We accept business, cashier and personal checks, as well as major credit cards via PayPal.  Work will not begin until funds have cleared when payment is received by manual check.  Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.

 

Payments are processed with a 100% secure connection via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay for services. PayPal will also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck payments without opening an account.

 

Expenses

Expenses, including but not limited to long distance phone calls, photocopies, postage/delivery, mileage, special supplies, etc., needed in the course of completing your project will be an additional charge on both hourly and retainer plans.

Calculation of Invoice

All work charged at an hourly rate will be calculated in 15 minute increments.  Billable hours include, but not limited to, virtual, on-site and teleconference meetings, travel time, and research time that pertains to the work on your project.

Communication

We prefer email communication in order to have a hard copy of design and or work discussions.  We understand that this may not always appropriate and will schedule phone discussions as needed.  If an update is requested to a project, we will notify you via email at its completion.
