Following are the steps involved in creating a professional and unique graphic project, designed specifically for you and focused on your business needs.
Initial Contact
Call us at 919-770-7474, or send us an email to set up an initial phone meeting. Our initial conversation will be an introduction to each other. We would be happy to answer any preliminary questions that you may have, and give you a brief description of how we work.

Discussion Meeting
During the ordering process we collect critical information about your business to understand your organization. This includes your creative ideas, color and font preference
We will spend a great deal of time listening to you and learning about your business and area of expertise. We will want to know what inspires you, your motivation and what sets you apart from others. We will discuss your target audience, what information you will want to include, and the basic goals for your project.
Some things to consider:
- Describe your company / Who you are?
- Your target audience?
- 3-5 keywords you want this design to project?
- Your company colors and style?
The terms and conditions of the project will be listed and if you have not paid the deposit, then prior to any work starting on this project, a deposit of 35% will be due.
Design Layout
Once the basics such as color, font, style have been determined for your project, we will submit to you two layout concepts for your review and selection. Upon your selection of the layout, we will fine-tune and revise based on your comments. Upon final approval of the design layout, 25% payment of the project will be required.
Creative Development
Based on the two design layouts you select we will work on revisions of your chosen design to your specifications.
Your design at final approval will be formatted as follows:
- AI and EPS- Adobe Vector File for scaling and printing
- GIF and JPG optimized 72 dpi web ready file
- GIF and JPG, optimized 72 dpi web ready file
- TIF 300 dpi sizeable file
- PDF Portable document Format
Completion of Design
Upon receipt of the final 40% payment, the design will be submitted.
